Welcome!
My name is Joe, but I mainly go by Jody. I am 35 and from the "Lonestar"
state...specifically, San Antonio, TX. The 2007 Hot Rod Power Tour will be my first one,
and the plan is to be a longhauler. I have wanted to do the tour for sometime, but
something always came up. This year I decided that everything else will take the back
burner spot, and that I would go on the Tour. As of right now, I will be flying solo, but a
buddy of mine is trying to get the time off of work to go with. At any rate, I'm sure it will be
a great time and I'm sure I will meet many great people.
Also, I'm still trying to convince folks from my Chevy Club to go, but that is a real chore.
Speaking of, I am involved with two local classic clubs here in San Antonio. One is the
Alamo Classic Chevy Club, and the other is the Alamo Classic Trucks . I will admit that the
truck club was formed by myself and a couple of buddies over beers one night during our
local Friday Night Cruise. We figured there are never any pure truck clubs so we decided
we would make one. Please feel free to "check out" our sites, and if you are ever in San
Antonio on a Friday night, you're more than welcome to our local cruise night.

In addition to classic cars, my other hobbies/interests are hunting, fishing, playing golf,
movies, hanging with friends, and all things related to the Texas Longhorns and The
University of Texas (my alma mater).
